You can see that this is the bottom, because everything happening now (particularly the repeated waves down) have the air of allowing the shorts to buy back.

Short positions must be tremendous. What I always hope for is that big, fresh, long funds take this opportunity to step in and surprise/prevent the shorts from covering the way they want and chase them up to unprofitable levels.

However, that never seems to happen. Very few resourceful and savy investors seem to know the incredible upward potential of this sector.
