ECU JV Partner GOG up 35% all in last 1/2 hour of trading

I just noticed that ECU's joint venture partner (GOG) on the San Diego property was up 7.5 cents (35%) today, all in the last 1/2 hour of trading. It shows how explosive some of these thinly traders miners can be.

Not sure if there is any material change driving this or simply someone looking to take a small position.
