I will give ECU's chances of 2$ by year end of 1 in 10, BUt I will also say 2:1 that it will be above a buck.

This is based on the faith that:

1. Gold and silver will produce newer price records this year.

2. US economy will not recover this year ( hype about it will continue and delay events).

My odds have no reflection on ECU but on the market and it's manipulation.
