Sinbob, I had season tickets at the old Sam Houston Coliseum. Gordie also played with his two sons, Mark and Marty. I well remember when the Jets can to town in the playoffs. Hull was a man among boys. The crack of his slap shot hitting the glass was different than anyone elses. Also remember an NHL ref. doing the game. A guy named Friday who all the Winnepeg fans seemed to know. Being 22 and a new hockey fan I had no idea who he was. Great memories.
