Unfortunatly, there are too many ifs, mays, coulds, and guesses in your post for me to act on my strategy of becoming filthy rich.(lol) I'm going to stick with my positions in ECU, CPN, UC, IZN and a bunch of oil and gas companies to try to stay moderatly wealthy.(lol) If ECU just gets back to my cost basis, I wouldn't be doing bad.
