This whole story smells... I mean of all the shenanigans going on, the OSC comes out with this...Something seems out of whack here...

I mean, it's not like the JPM stocks are going through the roof with such "illegal pumping", on the contrary, these stocks have been pummelled to dust and are at multi-year lows..

What is it that Agoracom is doing that is so illegal anyway? They are like any other PR firm that is trying to promote the stocks of companies that are paying them to do so. If they choose to have some of their staff say positive things on a hub, without full disclosure, well I can think of many more deceitful things going on.

Of course we don't know all the facts, but one thing is for sure, whenever the powers that be want to discredit someone or something they simply pull some minor violation out of the book and present it like they were guilty of mass murder, all the while the real crooks are literally getting away with grand theft and entities like the OSC and the SEC, CFTC continue to look the other way...
