Very low and way out of line. It's true that inground values are lower than in 2005/6 but they will recover and go even higher. I expect to see some silver assets bought out in the future when silver finally makes a serious move higher at over $4 per ounce. I also note that Mexican properties historically have a very high percentage of inferred converted to M&I.
