I also would never trust the word of ANY TRADER who leaked rumours of his (obviously important in this case) client preparing to buy tens of millions of whatever, as the news/rumours might affect the price the client would have to pay...

The client would also see the rumour in print and since there is likely not more than one client preparing to invest tens of millions in June, he would suspect that the rumour was about himself, and that his trader has loose lips. The client would then cease to be a client.

I would tell noone if I were preparing to invest $100,000. Forget "tens of millions"...

The whole rumour makes no sense at all, other than to incite...!
