Deno, thanks very much, very helpful. As an additional thought, my sense is that the adjustable rate mortgage did not and has not become as ubiquitous as in the states. Around 2005-06 or so, when I heard that over 60% of the home loans being made were adjustables, I knew the end had to be near. What I didn't comprehend was the level of involvement in CDO's by our friends on Wall Street.
