Comment: Nice to see Clive, or any reputable analyst, recommending ECU shares for consideration by prospective investors. When I read his language I was left with a feeling of ambiguity, given these quotes from the article. I guess he is saying "buy the stock, the downside is negligible and the upside is reasonably good." Not exactly the kind of exuberance we are used to on this board, but certainly much better than nothing.
