Recently I have been applying Stan Weinsteins's approach on technical analysis for many of the juniors I follow and own including ECU. His belief is stocks go through natural stages or cycles that sometimes contradict our natural expectations (i.e. selling off on good news). In my opinion, he is one of the best resources for those interested in the technical side.

Below is my application of his technique to the ECU chart. According to him, the ideal time to buy is at the end of Stage I (Basing Area) or in the beginning of Stage II (Advancing Phase).

So keep a strong eye on the that $0.90 to $0.95 level.
