Could be. However, to my limited knowledge, J.P.Morgan and Goldman Sachs are still running the show. So if they're still in control, then there hasn't been a collapse of the system because they are a big part of the system.
The Euro is collapsing, but these two thieves are stationed in NY, and the Dollar is supposedly stronger because of the EU and the Euro death spiral.
Besides, are gold and silver at the price they should really be at in a free market? Certainly not at $1200 and $19. Paper is still able to push the prices around. Not as much as it used to, but it still does. When the paper is null and void, then their system has collapsed.
That's when gold, silver, and the shares will rise to true value.
