...of the last months re posting, I have been busy on Agoracom's Noront forum.
I day trade typically 10% of my holds in any stock. Noront and some gold stocks have been swinging while ECU has had little change so I spend most of my time where I day trade instead of where my long holds reside. ( Tail sometimes wags the dog.) Yes I do visit here quite often and ECU is my favourite silver long hold because of not only known silver but potential for even more.
Where ECU suffers in sp (imo) is first from the markets ( but so is every other company ) but also due to not upgrading the confidence of their known resource hence average Joe and the funds do not give ECU full credit for the in ground hold and potential.
The management could play to the investors and in-fill drill to achieve greater confidence but they have decided to concentrate on production. With rising precious metal prices even lower grade veins become profitable, so no need for in-fills.
I see no fault with that decision.
