Nothing but rumours on the lawsuit from various people but MIDAS tonight provides the following tidbit:

"Watch silver (no jinx this time)… that bombshell I talked about some time ago was delayed for good reasons. It’s coming … within the next 3 weeks. Perhaps it is a major reason why silver is trading so differently today?????"
