It looks like for some reason I haven't yet deciphered that the Cartel is still sitting on gold, silver and jpm prices. It might be related to the Cartel wanting to discourage long clients from taking COMEX delivery at the end of the month. Apparently the COMEX silver supply is very low. I still expect gold/silver to break out soon. Unfortunately if gold and silver take off on Thursday, the Canadian markets will be closed and most of the JPM stocks won't participate.
