IMO, reverse consolidations seldom work and I don't think it would have much impact on any naked shorting either. One of the heaviest shorted silver companies (CDE) out there implimented a 10:1 reverse share split in May of 2009. The market cap today is practically the same as it was then.
Today many good PM companines were sold off including PAAS and SSO, which incidentally is now at a 52 week low.
ECU is progressing well and has come a long way from the tight financial situation of late 2008. The story has not changed and things will turn around...the only uncertainty for me is when?
