I'll keep this short.

Since just after 11:00 the price of silver has gone up. The price of ECU lost $.02

Why? Manipulation makes the most sense. Why don't our regulatory agencies get off their collective butts? To be kind, they are impotent. To be less than kind, would be XXX rated and not apppropriate for gentlemanly discussion.
