Hi Sinbob,
I also own a fair amount of YRI and SLW and I certainly won’t sell any to buy up more ECU basically because it would have been suicidal to do so in the past 4 years and we have no clue when the market perception on the junior will be changing. So been diversified in this market is an insurance policy that I’m not about to forego for now.
The only reason I would go all in on ECU at this point is if there was a solid plan put together led by a group of core shareholders to buy up most of the shares and delist the company from the TSX. If such a plan existed I’ll be willing to sell most of my shares in other PM´s, use the proceeds to buy up another few 100,000’s shares of ECU and keep some $$ to invest directly in the newly private company to expand production and reinitiate a more aggressive drilling campaign. The reason for doing so is quite simply to get rid once and for all of the manipulators that are slowly bleeding us and become more directly involved in building up the company without watching the day to day fluctuations in the share price . Is that feasible? Hell yes it is if the company is behind the idea and we are ready to get serious about changing the silly little game we have to endure in those pseudo markets.
