That's about as close to a clean sweep in an arbitration as you're going to get. Other than keep ECU as the Operator, the only other thing they could have ruled is to make GOG pay the costs of the arbitration and order GOG to pay our legal fees.
That is very good work on the part of the company's lawyers, and I'm sure they were aided by management and by having the facts and law on our side. Very bad move by GOG to go all the way, seems obvious that some emotions were at the root of this proceeding - that's not any way to run an airline!
