From everything that I have heard...ECU has tried many times to rectify this situation and GOG were being complete idiots. I don't think it matters if a board member served on both. It might be uncomfortable during this situation but people server on many boards.

If I was ECU, I would concentrate on the other properties and let San Diego sit. It is a great property but they don't need it right now. Let GOG run out of money and sell it back to us when our production soars and gold hits $1600 oz and silver $25+
