Seeing as how the Cartel is rapidly losing their grip, a logical person would assume that rising silver would cause a silver, and gold, producing miner to also rise.

Perhaps today we will get a peek at the Cartel's resolve at keeping ECU capped.

In the past, it always seemed that any time logic dictated ECU should rise, it actually declined a least a penny, or in the best case, stayed flat. An "in-your-face" Cartel show of force, to make sure we low-lifes knew who was in control.

So, today should be a good test of their control, at least concerning ECU.
