None whatsoever and this consumer agency will take forever to setup and probably will be about as effective as almost all other government run agencies, totally useless and a waste of space and good tax dollars!!! Untill all regulations are streamlined and made easy for all to understand and comprehend including those regulating, and backed up by serious jail time for white collar crime, nothing will ever change. The system as we know it is out of control and badly broken mostly from well intentioned people who didn't have a clue what they were doing or if they did know, cared little about the consequences of their actions.

The principle that has been propagated for decades that the ruling class knows best while using those who drink that Koolaid (dogooders doing bad I call them) to get the job done needs to be throw out and once again common sense and some self discipline and self responsibility needs to take hold.
