Having read both releases it was clear to me that ECU walked out with a very favorable decision. ECU commented on the arbitrators decision quickly adressing every major issue clearly. Meanwhile GOG waited 4 days or so to comment. Fairly indicative of the management of both companies.

Nowhere in GOG's commment did I read that they were satisfied with the arbitrators decision. They basically went on and on on non-relative issues. Stating how they were awarded 60 odd thousand dollars but not mentionning that their suit was for millions.

The arbitrators also mentioned that any recourse by GOG following said decision would be a waist of time. Having read many similar decisions in the past, this tells me that the arbitrators were telling GOG to get a life and to stop waisting everyone's time and energy.
