Naked shorting is best taken care of with good fundamentals, and cash flow. ECU might need it's cash for growth but a share buyback and a regular dividend would be huge. Splits and symbol changes won't work. ECU 'has the goods' and once they have enough cash flow to offer dividends and a buyback it is game over for the shorts. A buyout offer well about the current share price would work too. :)
