There is still no confidence in the sector and until there is, games will be played.

As of the last few minutes, citigroup has traded over 155,000,000 shares at a price of $4.00 u.s. (ECU has traded just over 255,000 at approx. $0.75 - under $175,000.00)

Tells me that the reviled banksters still control/demand confidence in the crooked system.

Until such time as FIAT (not nickels) starts to flow into the sector, nothing will change.
