Further to my last post on technicals I have a couple of examples which might help ECU management were someone to suggest them.

1) Some while back Coeur D'Alene announced the successful prosecution of a Hedge Fund short seller who was illegally using shares acquired in a financing to support short positions in the stock. There was a PR on that subject so I suspect the company would provide further dialogue on the situation leading to the legal action.

2) UC Resources have acquired funding locally in Mexico. I expect Jim Voisin or team would advise who to contact, and company PR's indicate the party concerned. If the loans are not taken out in North America and there's no dilution of the stock, an institution taking out a hedge on the finance ,(downside risk) becomes less likely.
