Almost everytime that ECU moves a penny higher today there are offers to sell withdrawn and cancelled. This is a classic sign of the manipulators withdrawing and demonstrating some of the offers were for show and to suppress and to get retail shareholders to sell or lose confidence which they have been very good at for quite some time. This is happening to other stocks and not just ECU.
