Yesterday, once it was time to stop the upward momentum on the share price advance - PERT (Pershing) showed up on the ask out of no where to put the brakes on.

Today, ECUXF has traded below the exchange rate so far. The bid and ask are finally on par with the ECU.to and guess who now is at the top of the ask hunting for shares - PERT.
