I am sad to hear that Martin is sick. He is a true political prisoner in America.

But I think he would really care less about the Republicans taking over the house. It's not that big of a deal....I guess if your party is completly out of power...getting one of the big three back is important..

But if you read Martin's writings...you have to know he feels disdain for both parties in the US and all of them around the world in general. His last essay said as much....people that do not know economics making decisions to get relected.

His cycles are going to happen no matter who is in power....so it might be wishful thinking to say he would be "estatic about one midterm election.

He would be estatic if they let him out of jail....
