I don't know if you noticed, but Penson had the last 2 trades for ECU shares (on the sell side) yesterday, again at 3:59:50 pm. We will look for them today - same time, same place.

It shows you how much I know. Penson did indeed have the last trade today - 400 shares on the buy side at 3:59:54 pm. The time looks familiar, though.
