The problem is...it doesn't work...does it? The voters always get the choice between Big- money-backed-governement1 and Big-money-backed-government2. The money is the same money...

Tell me that the american people can/will ever vote in a government which would reduce it's own size...against all the national (big-money) publicity pro growth.

You can't even convince 99% of the people that growth is NOT an option! They all failed arithmetic in high-school, and weren't taught any useful history to speek of.

Your theory doesn't fly imho. Governments always grow until the wheels fall off.
