20 % a year or actually 18 % a year to be more accurate, has been the average return over the last ten years. There have been years with 35 % gains as well as years with single digit gains.... so this is just an average.

I am still predicting a 15-16 year bull with an average return of 25 % or more. This is because I still anticipate a parabolic phase coming up.
