Shouldn't company publish financials for Q4 45 days after it ends which is in the next few days?

Last week (Feb 7) gwr1 posted the following, which answers your query.

"The coming quarterly report is year-end and they have 90 days to produce these financials. I expect to see this by the end of March.

Quarterly reports for Q1, Q2 & Q3 must be released in 45 days from quarter end close."
