This looks a bit like Tahrir Square. The cartel is retreating. When they couldn't get gold below 1369, they finally decided to defend 1375. They had to give up that number and now try to defend 1380.

This is getting very exciting given option expiration in the shares and metals is nearby. I fear the CME will raise margins to help out their buddies.
