Sorry Jnycat!

Hope that it's not my fault that ECU hasn't “taken off”...because it's MY year – the year of the rabbit...and I haven't finished accumulating ECU yet. Just because U are ready doesn't mean we all are.

If U don't mind, I'll explain why U should be very happy ECU hasn't “lifted off” yet.

What is it that Stewart Thomson says? “To get rich, you need to own more ounces” or some such thing...

Well, I'm not a trader. I can't bear to hold paper cash, hoping that I can buy more silver shares when prices fall...it just doesn't work that way for me...but, I have an idea that does work for me. I'm “all in” all the time, but I trade between company shares that are overbought and oversold....Since ECU is practically always oversold these days, I'm selling other shares that have already lifted off, and am accumulating more ECU shares. MORE shares = MORE OUNCES.

Using Argoz's numbers, ECU has potential of 7.8 million oz Au, and 620 million oz Ag. Divide these by the diluted number of shares as per the ECU web site (374 million shares), and what do U get.???

0.2 ounces of gold and 1.66 ounce of Ag (potential) in the ground for every ECU share!

That's currently $28 in gold, and $50 in silver in the ground for every ECU share (at today's prices)!

Yes, I'm one of those people that believes that the potential is not only there, but there's really a lot more than that. Remember that what the real mining is uncovering in all the inferred zones so far is almost double what is “inferred” as per the 43-101 resource reports. Drilling is only beginning on some very attractive areas such as the new manto that was not even discovered when the last 43-101 estimates were prepared.

So, my First Majestic B warrants expire on March 7... Yikes!...What am I to do with all those profits?

Well, $28 + $50 = $78 in precious metals for one share of ECU at $1.08....UNBELIEVABLE!

I accumulate ECU every day...as I sell off FR, and others I deem more fully valued.

(ie. the FNV warrants (at 9x) that I recommended last week are up over 25% since then, so I'm folding profits into ECU!)

In the last two weeks I've accumulated another 200,000 ECU warrants! That's 4171 ounces of gold and 332,000 ounces of silver!...and it's currently worth $16,800,000 in $US paper....WOOO- HOO! I'm happy holding this wealth NOW, because it's the ounces that are important remember, not the US$ value. I want as many ounces as I can get.

So whenever one of my holdings “takes off” as they've started to do lately...(look at Impact (IPT) today -> BREAKOUT)...I can take a bit of profit off the top and buy MORE ECU ounces at my leisure. If they all went up at the same time, what good would that be?

So, U ask, “When do we see a reflection in price?” ... Only when we go to sell our ECU shares/warrants, which for me is when they are OVERVALUED or warrant expiry in 2014, whichever comes first.

When THAT day comes, ECU shares will be worth even MORE ounces than today...and the market will pay U and me handsomely for that fact and for our great patience...

But WHY should the market ever recognize ECU value?

The silver IS running out. Demand is now probably 200-300 million ounces per year MORE than is being mined. (Sprott numbers + silver eagle sales)...Simple common sense and basic arithmetic say that SILVER runs out THIS year.

WHERE will investors go for silver when they can't buy physical?

They will look for it in the ground! The next best place to buy it...

And WE will tell them...

ECU: 0.2 ounces of Gold and 1.66 ounce of Silver in the ground for every ECU share!!!

At $1.08, it's like picking money up off the street.

lotus petals, sincerely,

gildage
