I would love to believe that this will come to pass. Following this kind of manipulation for decades, understanding the silver manipulation has been going on for nearly a century, observing that every time the weak, slow govt reacts in any way, the banksters just find the loop hole and continue their criminal enterprise, I am skeptical.

I hope you are right, but I have no faith that a weak govt reg agency is equipped and committed to over come the powerful banking cabal with their bought off politicians and justice system.
