Panther - nowhere nearly as many shares out, a tight float is more difficult to short, no warrants, also as far as sentiment goes, the Agora message board is often as quiet as a mouse. No means to massage opinion or judge it.

A company buy back on the cards wouldnt hurt. Even if there was no timescale attached to completing it
