I believe that ECA is being suppressed for a buyout in the near future with about a 30% premium. Way under valued.

So, just before the close I increased my position by 50% at $1.09 US. My thought is to make something with a 30% premium buyout as they will not let the stock run to its rightful valuation.

I have been subjected to several involuntary buyouts in the past and was not too happy.
