ECU financials will be out today as expected but in my view it will be a non-event and likely pretty much the same as last time. This is a history lesson since the financials only cover up until Dec, 2010. ECU is not a production story but a resource story using production as a means to an end which is financing exploration and resource building.

ECU would need to significantly increase existing production and or add new production to be considered a production story or be valued based on production. The potential 2 million ounces that ECU can produce annually once they are fully operating is small potatoes compared to the value of the resource in the ground which is very large and very undervalued at the moment.
