As we have seen multiple times after previous break-out attempts involving the miners, any momentum is quickly halted by mid-morning on the following day. Today's action thus far is almost identical to this traditional pattern. As we have noted, most miners started strongly today but major selling walls were generally erected by mid-morning. Shortly after and to no surprise, both gold and silver were raided. The co-ordination of miner share dumping and physical metal raids is impressive. We might know as early as this afternoon if this latest break-out has been similarly stuffed or it really is different this time.
