7 or 8 years ago, my wife and I typed a spreadsheet of our PM holdings and stocks and named it Exodus. The holdings have always been heavily favored towards physical silver. Thanks to the $40 silver price, we put in an offer for a house with 22 acres of horse farm on Maryland's Eastern Shore tonight. Although crime and drugs are present everywhere in the U.S., I think living in a rural area is an improvement in those areas and in the event of food shortages. I plan on keeping our existing house and renting it. Since I feel that ECU is undervalued at this time, I will not be selling any of my shares.
