Singles of Silver Maples are available for Cdn $49.12 and US $50.89, shipping to US only. As usual, most of the Silver products are only available to US customers, leaving us Canuckers with the cr*ppy Kitco brand 1oz bars & rounds which retail for Cdn $46.43 and US $48.35.
At any rate it is interesting to note there are no monster boxes for sale of either Maples or Eagles. Seems there is some merit in reports that real Silver is becoming more difficult to procure even as the price of Silver moves higher.
Congrats to Turk for another accurate prediction come true - $5 daily moves are here so better get used to it. A good heaping of Volitility has been added to the cake mix but eventually the POS should stabilize after finding a trading range that better reflects real world supply and demand fundamentals. Until that time I expect many of the Silver shares will generally not follow the metal price which is far too volatile to accurately assess a fair market price for the equities. But back to the basics which for the moment is screaming loud and clear that $45-$50 is just not high enough to coax any where near enough supply to market, so onwards and upwards we go!
