Effects of Naked Shorting

There was once a time a few short years ago when fundamentals and leverage actually meant something. Now technicals based solely on painted charts are the buy/sell indicators. Come to think of it though, we do see some leverage but only on the down side. The chart below summarizes best the average results of naked shorting that is rampant throughout the entire Venture Exchange. Unfortunately, some of us may even be aware of a few below average performers.
