I'd support a r/s too. Short term weakness though, while some dump odd numbers instead of adding, unless the company orchestrates some support running up to it, and a nice cushion afterwards, like to a move to the Amex. Shorty would try and sell into it unless there's some support from the company which makes it hard work.
They could probably do with another PP, to extend the milling once the results are in, and a r/s would enable them to do a far better offering with fewer shares involved, has no effect on share price potential of course, as profit becomes shared between fewer shares, and you still have the benefit of the p/e ratio, which means you still end up with the same potential for price appreciation as you would have done before.
That means the end result - no need to engage in a JV, or partnership, and we maximise on potential under the ground, and boot the hedgie or whoever.
