This is most probably going to mean nation wide robbery by unexperienced, populist and opportunistic politicians. A totally new party with unknown people.
Why does this have to happen again to Peru? Do they never learn?
Ofcourse, we'll have to wait and see how this election result is going to affect the mining sector in Peru and, thus, the price of silver. If new taxes and/or regulations are put in place in a disciplined way, it may not be so harmful. But if we get a chaotic situation of protests and occupations, it may do a lot of harm to Peruvian mining and have its bearing on metal prices.
