When you see how the share price moves on a daily volume of 3.4 mln shares, you can be sure the acquisition of 10 mln shares for an ETF is not going to happen without a major move up.

I am wondering what part of the acquisition has been done and what part is still ahead. If it has been completed, we may have seen short selling to counteract the buying. So I don't think this story has ended yet.
