What happened to the Japanese factor?

One day or another soon the Japanese should start selling US T-paper to free money required for the rehabilitation of the most affected regions in their country. Hundreds of billions of dollars worth of funds I would guess are needed.

So far no spectacular Yen-dollar movements to be seen. Did they find a way around this problem too?
