I've got mixed feelings about this. I have been worried about a hostile takeover for quite a while, and this merger takes that off the table for the time being. Short-mid term we had a probable 3-5X here IMHO of we weren't taken out, now we have a guaranteed 2X. Out of the venture snake pit into the NYSE/AMEX/TSX (better or worse?) Long term this company will be a force in the silver mining world with potential huge upside. I would like to call upon the company to announce a conference call soon to explain their motivations for putting this together.
