Noticed this from the presentation on ECU site

In describing the transaction on page 6, it's stated:

"0.0500 Golden Minerals shares plus C$0.000394 for each ECU share



To be implemented via a plan of arrangement



Taxable transaction"

So, it says it's a taxable transaction, do they mean only the cash (which is next to nothing) or the whole deal?
