The warrants are treated exactly as the shares, 20:1, meaning 100,000 warrants becomes 5000 warrants in NewCo. And since newCo has no warrants at present I would expect they will be in demand for their time value and when things settle out will trade at a higher premium than the present ECU warrants trade at.
